About us - Traveloholics

Hi! Here is Ula and Konrad - Traveloholics.

We are both from Poland, but we moved to Scotland in 2016 to study
Ula - digital marketing at the University of Glasgow and
Konrad Architecture at the University of Strathclyde.
We met in Spain during a holiday camp, so since that day, we've joked that if we met while travelling, we should continue it and make it our passion.

A lucky fact is that we love travelling, so we are trying to balance work, studies, and the willingness to discover the world.
We live near Glasgow, and if we are unable to reach some further destinations, we find satisfaction in discovering amazing places with breathtaking views nearby. As you would expect from a young and pretty Polish couple of students, we are trying to keep our journey low-budget, and it is quite common for us to sleep in our car or a tent.

We travel mainly by car, but in 2022 we acquired an inflatable kayak, which often lets us reach more magic places and hidden gems.

Podróżujemy głownie samochodem, ale w 2022 roku poszerzyliśmy nasze horyzonty o możliwość podróżowania kajakiem, także znajdziecie u nas wiele praktycznych wskazówek dotyczących planowania podróży po lądzie, jak i wodzie!

Blog ten powstał z myślą o naszych bliskich, aby móc pokazać im piękno kraju do którego wyemigrowaliśmy i przekazać nasze przygody. Przeczytacie tu o znanych, ale również mniej oczywistych atrakcjach w Szkocji i zobaczycie mnóstwo zdjęć, które (mamy nadzieję) staną się inspiracją do Waszej własnej wyprawy.
